Operational Formats — working prototypes
Five optional working prototypes for stewards, schools, fields, AnchorPoints and coordination relations. They are public so they can be tested and corrected. Publication does not mean field validation, and they are not a required sequence or a universal operating system.
Akena has begun using one format in Kitgum. That early use is not validation, and no sequence has been field-validated. Introduce a format only when a concrete local need makes it useful; adapt it, combine it or leave it unused according to consent, capacity, evidence practice and privacy.

Steward Review Dashboard Sheet
An optional periodic review surface. Use the Penguin three-stream frame only where it fits the inquiry and has been locally agreed. Green, Yellow, Red and Unknown are human readings; choose cadence and depth from the place, season and steward capacity.

Format 2
Observation Sheet
An optional observation record for one bounded place, plot or observation frame. The eight categories are one land-based starter set from the design lineage, not universal indicators. Adapt or replace them through local knowledge, and use only at locally chosen moments worth preserving.

Bounded Action Sheet
An optional coordination surface used after an agreed review. Records what the review showed, what will happen in the next bounded period, who is responsible, and what must not be started yet.

Governance / Decision Log
An optional durable record for a field, AnchorPoint, or coordination relation when local participants agree it is needed. The three-stream frame is used only where it fits the work.

Financial Ledger Sheet
An optional transaction record for locally agreed, in-scope financial flows. It connects source, recipient, purpose, evidence, and lived effect. It does not activate a PG Ledger or replace formal accounting.

How to use these formats
These formats are independent working prototypes, not a required or validated sequence.
Format 1 supports a periodic review where that frame is useful.
Format 2 preserves selected observations at locally chosen moments.
Format 3 turns an agreed review into a bounded action period.
Format 4 offers a durable decision trail where one is needed.
Format 5 records in-scope transactions without replacing formal accounting.
