Stewarding life together
An AnchorPoint is Spiralweb's working name for a locally rooted form through which people, places and regenerative processes may become connected over time.
An AnchorPoint begins with real relationships: people who know a place, carry practical experience, remain present through changing conditions and are willing to learn and act together.
It is not simply a person, project, organisation or location. It may grow into a shared local space for stewardship, learning, governance and Return, connecting several fields without removing authority from the people who live with the consequences.
The relationships may already be real while the shared form is still being created. Its reach follows a shared relation or question rather than a fixed administrative boundary.
The wider architecture offers a common grammar, not a model to be copied.
Observation, relationship, action, learning, memory and correction may take a local form around particular people and places. Language, priorities, working rhythms and governance must be shaped locally. What may travel is learning. Local authorship and authority remain where they belong.
Trust, presence and responsibility can be carried across seasons, projects and changing conditions.
Different places may inform one another without being treated as copies or merged into one account.
People can develop their own ways of deciding, remembering, disagreeing, refusing and changing direction.
Experience first returns to the people and places involved and may sometimes enter the public knowledge commons.
This is where AnchorPoint functions are presently becoming most visible. Four active people are already connected through two field contexts and a cross-field relationship: Abdelhamid Badaoui and Mohamed Belbaida in Doukkala, Assyl Elazzaoui at Firmaty, and Ingrid Pullar across the wider Morocco relationship.
The group is not a completed organisation and does not represent Morocco as a whole. It is a real beginning: a small constellation in which practical knowledge, field questions, relationship continuity and future Returns may gradually become shared.
In Doukkala, Abdelhamid Badaoui, Mohamed Belbaida and the local team are shaping one possible learning cycle on an approximately 80-hectare holding. At Firmaty, Assyl Elazzaoui's established two-hectare practice holds a forming water inquiry. Each field retains its own history, authority, questions and pace.
Ingrid Pullar connects dialogue, languages, visits, relationship continuity and Return across the constellation. She does not speak on behalf of either field. Her cross-field function is being shaped separately from the two agricultural relationships.
These relationships may or may not develop into shared AnchorPoint forms. Their future shape belongs to the people and places involved.
Akena Patrick, village elders and members of Kitgum Community Foundation are connected through drought response and a long-standing local relationship. The September report describes nursery care and practical links with household growers. KCF has shared organisational documents; the scope and responsibilities of the first shared Spiralweb-supported movement are being agreed separately.
Arturo Flores López and Spiralweb have agreed shared inquiry ground around chinampa stewardship, documentation and governance learning. Direct local participation and field scope are still forming.
A multi-year collaboration history around schools, food forests, heat, water and stewardship remains present while the current field processes begin to return practical learning.
The relationships already carry practical knowledge, dialogue and preparation. These are valuable beginnings; they are not evidence that the shared Spiralweb architecture has been tested across field seasons.
As inquiries develop, participants may keep learning notes, explanations, questions and corrections with their AnchorPoint, in languages and forms useful to them. Some material may remain local or private. A public page holds only what its contributors have agreed to share.

One habitat holds distinct public responsibilities.
Field records hold present conditions, agreements, evidence status and the next decision.
Relationships across fields may develop shared learning, continuity and locally shaped governance.
Bounded learning may enter the public commons only with consent, provenance, uncertainty and local limits intact.
PG Ledger may help preserve observation, decision, uncertainty and correction. It does not create the relationship or govern the people involved.
An AnchorPoint is the possibility that relationships already rooted in place may choose to become a shared local form for stewardship, learning, governance and Return.
Spiralweb can offer an invitation and a public architecture. It cannot declare a local shared form into existence from outside. An AnchorPoint becomes real when the people carrying it recognise its value, shape its purpose and remain able to correct, refuse, rename or leave it.
