Fields show where relationships are concrete enough to name a present phase, evidence status and next decision without treating readiness, action and result as the same thing. A public field page is not proof that a shared field cycle, evidence rhythm or funding flow is active.
Three place-rooted processes are entering the first supported learning spiral. Their public horizons describe what the first phase can hold; each page names its present agreement position, practical needs and next return.
Abdelhamid Badaoui has agreed in principle to begin with one bounded Doukkala field. Assyl Elazzaoui's two-hectare practice holds a forming water-security inquiry. Ingrid Pullar's bounded first PG Lead Morocco capacity connects dialogue, translation, visits, relation continuity and PG Ledger returns.
The July record shows maize withering in drought while the community continues nursery and field preparation near the borehole. The horizon creates room for Akena, named local roles, community work, food and water pressure, tools, seedlings, fencing, transport, communication and accountable return.
Arturo Flores López and Spiralweb have agreed the shared ground for a four-to-six-month locally anchored inquiry. The horizon supports Arturo's bounded contribution, a locally based research role, paid local participation, field costs, workshops, translation and knowledge stewardship.
Spiralweb Stewardship Association is the legal, relational and learning container for the first field processes, their PG Ledger, agreements, finance and public return.
The Association aims to grow towards approximately 3.5–4.5 full-time equivalents across field relations, applied inquiry and PG Ledger, governance and finance, partner protocols, translation, communication and fundraising.

The current sequence leaves room for learning before the next geography opens.
Shared history around schools, food forests, heat, water and stewardship remains present. Dialogue is expected to renew after the current processes have begun to return practical learning.
