First Field Flow
Three place-rooted collaborations are underway as relationship, project development and fundraising work. Their public horizons describe the capacity sought for a first supported phase. Funded field activity and financial release begin only when the relevant local scope, agreement, recipient route, resources and readiness can hold them. Each field page names the present position and next decision.

In Morocco, a shared learning pathway is taking shape around two distinct places. At Ferme Badaoui, Abdelhamid Badaoui, Mohamed Belbaida and the local team are exploring open ground and an existing pomegranate orchard. At Firmaty, Assyl Elazzaoui brings a separate question about water security. Ingrid Pullar connects dialogue and continuity across the relationships. Water, living soil, food, habitats and the people sustaining the work are considered together.

Drought response and readiness
The September report from Kitgum Community Foundation describes nursery preparation, watering and visits to existing household food-growing practices under drought pressure. Akena Patrick and the group are preparing further learning with local growers. Larger planting waits for rain and local judgement. The first shared, supported movement is being shaped from this work. The support horizon includes paid local time, water, tools, seedlings, protection and accountable return.

Shared inquiry ground agreed
Arturo Flores López and Spiralweb have agreed the shared ground for a four-to-six-month locally anchored inquiry. The horizon supports Arturo Flores López's bounded contribution, a locally based research role, paid local participation, field costs, workshops, translation and knowledge stewardship.

The capacity that holds the flow
Spiralweb Stewardship Association is the legal, relational and learning container for the first field processes, their PG Ledger, agreements, finance and public return.
