Membership of the association
Everything essential remains open. Membership is an optional way to sustain a longer-term relationship with the Danish non-profit association, support its continuity, and take part in its democratic life.
An open field
You do not need to be a member to read the Green Papers, receive Field Notes, follow the work, use the open materials, or participate in open activities. Membership is open to people anywhere in the world. All members have the same status, and there is no requirement to be active.
Membership does not automatically subscribe you to Field Notes. That occasional information list requires a separate request and can be left at any time.
Membership fee and period
DKK 250 for 12 months
The membership period begins when the annual fee has been received and we have confirmed your registration by email. The confirmation states the start and end dates.
Membership does not renew automatically. Before the period ends, we will send a renewal notice. Payment of the next annual fee renews the membership for another 12 months. If the fee is not renewed, membership ends at the close of the paid period.
Become a member
Send a short membership email with your full name, then transfer DKK 250 to the association's general account. Use MEMBERSHIP + your full name as the payment reference. We will match the email and payment, register the membership, and confirm the membership period by email.
Leaving the association
You may end your membership at any time by writing to contact@spiralweb.earth. A fee already paid is not normally refunded, unless it was paid in error. Ending membership does not affect access to Spiralweb's open papers, tools or public activities.
Democratic participation
Members receive notices concerning general meetings and the democratic life of the association and may participate in accordance with the bylaws. All members have the same membership status.
Membership and the fields
Membership concerns the Danish association. It does not give authority over local fields, land, field resources or locally led decisions. Local stewards retain authority over their own places and work.

MEMBERSHIP + full name
This is the association's general account for membership fees and ordinary association payments. Voluntary public contributions use the association's separate collection pathway when that pathway is open.
A longer-term relationship
Spiralweb is an open field of learning, stewardship and regenerative practice. Membership does not place a boundary around that field. It is simply a way to stand in a more continuous relationship with the Danish association that presently holds its legal and organisational ground.
