From 24 August 2026 through 23 August 2027, Spiralweb Stewardship Association may receive voluntary public contributions for its first shared field flow under permission from the Danish Fundraising Board, Indsamlingsnævnet.
The permitted collection route has been open since 24 August 2026. This page carries the current public information about the shared purpose, capacity horizon and contribution routes.
Spiralweb is a young association building the working capacity to accompany locally held regenerative practice with continuity, documentation and responsible return. Support can enter through three distinct pathways.
Public contribution. First Field Flow carries the shared approved purpose described below. Contributions are not earmarked for a particular place, person or project and move only where consent, readiness, lawful duties and the Association's capacity can hold the work.
Membership. Membership supports the Association's democratic continuity and creates one equal formal relationship with the Danish non-profit. It does not create a claim on a field, project or funding decision. Read about membership →
Institutional and philanthropic relationship. Foundations, public institutions and other organisations may open a separately scoped conversation about patient funding, knowledge, mandate or long-term capacity. Support strengthens shared regenerative stewardship. Local authority, knowledge provenance and governance remain with the people and institutions who carry the corresponding responsibility.
First Field Flow supports the association's first locally led field processes in regenerative food systems, ecological restoration and stewardship, together with associated PG Ledger documentation that makes the use of funds and related learning visible.
The present field constellation includes relationships in Uganda, Morocco, Mexico and Pakistan, with directly related coordination and documentation in Denmark. These places describe the current intended scope. They are not donor choices, earmarking options or promises that a particular field process will activate.

First Field Flow's present planning horizon is DKK 5.3 million · approximately EUR 710,000. It is one shared collection expressed through four mutually supporting facets:
Morocco constellation · DKK 500,000 · approx. EUR 67,000. One shared capacity horizon across two distinct field relationships in Doukkala and at Firmaty in Had Soualem, together with local coordination, technical support, evidence, translation, field visits and Return. Kitgum, Uganda · DKK 300,000 · approx. EUR 40,000. Drought response and readiness, Akena Patrick's stewardship capacity, named local roles, community process, tools and field preparation, transport, communication, agreements and documentation.
Xochimilco, Mexico City · DKK 500,000 · approx. EUR 67,000. A four-to-six-month locally anchored inquiry with Arturo Flores López, a locally based research role, paid local participation, field costs, workshops, translation and knowledge stewardship.
Spiralweb Stewardship Association · DKK 4,000,000 · approx. EUR 536,000. First Field Flow seeks to establish a sustainable basis for local field work and a small organisation with paid staff. In this founding phase, the Association’s shared capacity therefore accounts for the largest share of the funding sought. This capacity is intended to sustain field relationships, agreements, financial management, documentation and shared learning, with pay and working conditions in line with ordinary non-profit practice.
The work begins with relationships built over several years. Further field relationships can develop as people, funds and local agreements make them possible.
The horizon describes the capacity this first phase is seeking. Actual movement follows consent, readiness, agreements, lawful duties and Board decisions, and becomes visible as received, allocated, committed, released, accounted, Return and next decision.
EUR orientations use 1 EUR = DKK 7.46038, Denmark's fixed-exchange-rate central rate, and are rounded for international orientation. DKK remains the target and accounting currency. The IBAN and BIC provide the international transfer route; each contribution enters the collection account as the DKK amount credited by the bank. MobilePay and bank transfer are the payment methods opened for this collection. Do not send a collection contribution to the Association's general membership account.
The association keeps a separate bank account for the collection. The collection's financial statement will show income, expenditure and how any remaining balance is used. The statement must be submitted to Indsamlingsnævnet no later than 23 February 2028 and will be published both here and by the Board. If the collected amount exceeds DKK 50,000, the account will be audited by an authorised or registered public accountant as required.

Foundations, public institutions and other organisations can bring patient funding, lawful mandates, research capacity, professional knowledge and long-term continuity into relationship with locally held fields. We welcome conversations about separately scoped grants and agreements that strengthen steward viability, field practice and shared learning.
This pathway has its own clear purpose, roles, lawful basis, accounting, consent and return path. Each public contribution and institutional agreement strengthens the work through the mandate it actually holds, with local authority and knowledge provenance named where they live.
