First Field Flow

From 24 August 2026 through 23 August 2027, Spiralweb Stewardship Association may receive voluntary public contributions for its first shared field flow under permission from the Danish Fundraising Board, Indsamlingsnævnet.

The collection and its purpose

First Field Flow supports the association's first locally led field processes in regenerative food systems, ecological restoration and stewardship, together with associated PG Ledger documentation that makes the use of funds and related learning visible.

The present field constellation includes relationships in Uganda, Morocco, Mexico and Pakistan, with directly related coordination and documentation in Denmark. These places describe the current intended scope. They are not donor choices, earmarking options or promises that a particular field process will activate.

Permission: case 26-700-11395 · 24 August 2026–23 August 2027 · nationwide public collection in Denmark through spiralweb.earth and social media.

One shared purpose

This is one collection for the shared purpose above. A contribution cannot be earmarked for a particular country, field, project, activity or person. Please do not place such a choice or condition in the payment reference. If you need to attach a condition, contact us before transferring; a contribution carrying a condition outside the permitted purpose may have to be declined or returned.

What happens at different levels of funding

The collection has no minimum or maximum target. The work is designed to scale with the funds actually received. A transfer of money does not by itself activate a field process: local consent, readiness, lawful duties and the capacity to hold the work still govern what can begin.

If a concrete field process cannot proceed, funds may be used for the other field processes within the shared approved purpose. Any remaining funds stay with that same purpose in subsequent locally led field processes. Funds are not redirected to an unrelated purpose without the required authority.

FIRST FIELD FLOW

Bank transfer is the only payment method currently opened for this collection. No MobilePay number or payment box is authorised or offered here. Do not send a collection contribution to the association's general membership account.

The association has published donation and payment terms so that a MobilePay Donations route can be ordered and reviewed. Publishing those terms does not activate MobilePay. A MobilePay number or donation link will appear here only after it has been created, reported to Indsamlingsnævnet and brought within the permission.

Transparency and contributor care

The association keeps a separate bank account for the collection. The collection's financial statement will show income, expenditure and how any remaining balance is used. The statement must be submitted to Indsamlingsnævnet no later than 23 February 2028 and will be published both here and by the Board. If the collected amount exceeds DKK 50,000, the account will be audited by an authorised or registered public accountant as required.

Contributor information is treated confidentially and is not published without prior consent. See the association's privacy notice. Questions about the collection may be sent to contact@spiralweb.earth.

A complaint concerning the collection or good fundraising practice may also be submitted to Indsamlingsnævnet.

Institutional support is a separate conversation

A foundation, public institution or other organisation may contact the association about a separately scoped grant or agreement. That is not a donor choice inside First Field Flow and must have its own clear purpose, lawful basis, accounting and agreement. Neither a public contribution nor an institutional agreement purchases local authority, ownership or return.
