A light working surface for holding the next bounded movement without confusing relationship, decision, money, memory or Return.
Holding the next bounded movement
Flow Desk helps the Association locate where an active relationship stands, who is holding the next step, where legitimate records live, what conditions matter and what Return is due.
It gives active responsibility a current position without turning movement into a promise. A question may continue, change, wait, pause or close.
Flow Desk is not a department, a software product or a decision-making body. It does not replace local authority, Board responsibility, formal accounts or the PG Ledger.

Legitimate memory
One Envelope
A map of where local, relational, contractual, financial and protected records belong. It is not one central file.
Consequence returns
One Return
The acknowledgement, decision, support, correction or learning that comes back to the relationship.
Named human responsibility
Each active responsibility names a primary human holder, a backup and an honest response horizon.
Tools, including AI, may help organise, retrieve, compare, translate and draft. They do not decide standing, readiness, release, visibility or Return. Consequential judgement remains with a named human or legitimate body.
Connected records, distinct functions
Flow Desk connects work already held elsewhere. It does not create a second ledger or a hidden route from inquiry to funding.
PG Ledger
Holds relationship memory and the public Flow view around — not instead of — formal accounts.
Shared capacity
Describes the people, time and public infrastructure needed to carry continuity.
Flow and Return Protocol
Holds the deeper public grammar for movement, authority, memory, consequence and correction.
Current status
Flow Desk is an early working practice. A fully established digital system does not yet exist.
The first applications are forming through existing responsibilities and invited relationships. The practice will be corrected through use. Its test is whether it reduces ambiguity and burden, keeps authority properly placed and makes Return more dependable.
