Compensation and Transparency Practice

Human time is part of regenerative infrastructure. The people who hold relationships, agreements, field continuity, documentation, finance, translation, learning and return need time in which they can do the work and thrive.

What a capacity envelope shows

A capacity envelope is the total budget for a named function and period. It can include gross compensation, employer or contract costs and direct role expenses. It shows the room a role or team can work within and what that room is intended to enable.

The public envelope is joined by an exact working agreement and by the Association's formal accounting. Together these layers make the work understandable while each person keeps appropriate privacy and agency.

Three visibility layers

Public Flow view. The role or function, name where agreed, period or full-time-equivalent range, capacity envelope, what the work enables, current movement status and next Return.

Working-agreement view. Exact fee or salary basis, time, tranches, payment form, responsibilities, consent and access choices, review point and correction path, held by the people who need them for the relationship.

Governance and accounting view. Contracts, rates, bank and tax information, receipts, approvals, conflicts and statutory records, available to the Board, finance function, accountant or auditor according to their responsibilities.

First bounded periods

New working relationships begin with a bounded role, period, envelope and useful Return. This is especially important in First Field Flow, where collaborators are learning how they work together while field agreements and local rhythms become concrete.

A review can continue the role, reshape its scope or bring the first period to completion. The review looks at what the capacity enabled, what the relationship learned, what changed in the field or Association, and what the next movement can responsibly hold.

Decision, conflict and review

The elected Board approves compensation principles, budgets and material agreements within the Association's bylaws and lawful duties. Each decision records the function, authority, period, envelope and review path. A person steps out of decisions concerning their own compensation, and the Association uses appropriate two-person control for agreements and payments.

Capacity opens progressively as funds and real work meet. Public updates connect the capacity horizon with amounts received, allocated, committed, released and accounted, followed by Return and next decision.

People, fields and the PG Ledger

Public compensation information belongs to the same PG Ledger architecture as field and resource movement. It shows which human capacity carried an agreement, observation, translation, decision or return. The field record keeps local contributions and provenance visible through the access and publication choices agreed with the people involved.

Questions and corrections may be sent to contact@spiralweb.earth. The privacy notice explains how personal and working-relationship information is handled.

Present status

This page states the public working practice prepared for First Field Flow. Each compensation decision enters through the Association's governing procedures and the relevant individual agreement. The practice will develop through use, review and correction.
